Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Specialist for Enterprise Asset Management AMS, you will assist clients in the operational support of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions. You will demonstrate overall understanding of Maximo-based solutions while leading functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing solutions with internal and client teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Functional Discussions: Lead functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based EAM solutions with internal and client teams, including design, build, and test teams.

• Provide Operational Support: Assist clients in the operational support of Maximo EAM Solutions, ensuring seamless solution delivery and effective issue resolution.

• Demonstrate Expertise: Showcase overall understanding of Maximo-based EAM solutions, providing expert guidance and advice to internal and client teams.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal and client teams to ensure successful solution delivery and implementation.

• Develop Solution Enhancements: Develop and implement minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based EAM solutions, driving continuous improvement and optimization.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States of America.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep Expertise in Maximo EAM: Proven experience with Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Maximo-based solutions and their applications.

• Experience with Solution Enhancement: Experience in developing and implementing minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based EAM solutions, showcasing ability to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

• Operational Support Expertise: Experience in providing operational support for Maximo EAM Solutions, ensuring seamless solution delivery and effective issue resolution.

• Functional Discussion Leadership: Experience leading functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing solutions with internal and client teams, including design, build, and test teams.

• EAM Solution Knowledge: Deep understanding of Maximo-based EAM solutions, with expertise in providing expert guidance and advice to internal and client teams.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Additional Maximo Module Knowledge: Experience with other Maximo modules, such as supply chain or service management, can be beneficial in providing comprehensive solutions to clients.

• Industry-Specific EAM Expertise: Knowledge of industry-specific EAM best practices and standards can enhance the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients.

• Advanced Technical Skills: Familiarity with advanced technical tools and programming languages, such as Java or Python, can be advantageous in developing and implementing complex solution enhancements.
