Audio Visual Technician

Our client is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to join their team. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be part of the Client Services team supporting internal engineering and event operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, proactive problem solving, and clear communication which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Audio Visual Technician

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $67/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Provide support for all internal audio visual equipment including conference room displays, cameras, speakers, controllers, and cabling

• Provide production support for meetings and live streams (e.g., All Hands, Executive Meetings, and Webinars)

• Maintain an AV support ticket queue, prioritizing urgent tickets with excellent follow-up

• Perform physical sweeps of conference rooms and digital signage to verify functionality

• Troubleshoot issues in real-time during live events both in person and remotely

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years in a similar AV or IT support role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience running live company events streamed to multiple locations

• Experience managing Zoom Rooms and relevant conferencing hardware

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues
