Overview
As a Senior Analyst you will play a key role in executing projects for 160over90’s clients. You’ll support at each stage of the client lifecycle from audience profiling, category trends, partnership identification & valuation through to measurement of impact.
This is a cross-functional role that requires strong collaboration with strategy, account, and analytics teams, as well as direct interaction with clients. You will be responsible for helping turn data into clear insights that help inform partnership strategy, go-to-market decision making, and measure impact.
This position is ideal for someone who can independently manage projects and contribute to wider strategic thinking as part of a team. The successful candidates will be emerging analytics professionals who can synthesize findings into concise and compelling stories, while building expertise in sponsorship measurement, fan behavior, industry trends, and valuation methodologies.
Responsibilities

Combine Publicis Sports’ Sponsorship Intelligence expertise with additional research tools to help inform strategy, positioning, and partnership opportunities.

Deliver partnership valuations that inform decision making and support contract negotiation.

Conduct hands-on analysis across sponsorship measurement, fan research, audience data, and asset performance to identify actionable insights and implications.

Support the development of reporting and measurement outputs, including performance summaries and dashboards to presentation-ready standard

Provide support to account teams when making informed recommendations to clients based upon their objectives, market trends, sponsorship measurement, value drivers, potential opportunities etc.

Monitor trends in the sports, entertainment, and technology landscapes to keep team members and executives up to date and identify new opportunities.

Play a part to develop POV’s and whitepapers on sports industry news and developments

Work with the wider team to learn and implement new research processes and analytical solutions

Contribute to positive team culture to foster high performance, efficient processes, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2+ years of experience with sports audience data, audience data or sponsorship data analytics.

Preferred candidate would have agency or rights holder experience working with brand clients, but not mandatory
-
Experience working with secondary and syndicated research tools (e.g.GWI, YouGov, social listening, earned & owned media analysis, media value & exposure data etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Must be familiar with partnership valuation techniques and associated data.

Familiarity with brand measurement, campaign analytics, or media performance is a plus.

Familiar with statistical and analytical techniques (e.g., segmentation, regression, modelling) is a plus.

Ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal context with the ability to tell compelling, client-ready stories.

Ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, who can work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Demonstrate an ability to think strategically, analytically, and adapt to changing client needs.

Intellectual curiosity and propensity to learn new subjects quickly.
