JOB REQUIREMENTS: MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR sought in Mount Pleasant, WI. Lead manufacturing engineering activities for SMT production lines, ensuring stable operations, high product quality, and continuous process improvement. Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, coordinating engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth transition from design to high-volume manufacturing. Supervise and coordinate the SMT programming team, setting priorities, reviewing programs, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards. Develop and optimize programs for Fuji AIMEX SMT placement machines, improving placement accuracy, cycle time, and line efficiency. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SMT production lines, minimizing downtime and resolving process or equipment issues. Perform line balancing and production optimization to improve throughput and reduce manufacturing costs. Implement process improvements focused on cost reduction, yield improvement, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and production to meet production targets and customer requirements. Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Process and Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or its academic equivalence. Experience Required: 2 yrs. experience on job offered or 2 yrs. experience as Program Manager or Program Engineer.
