Full job description

🎯 About the role We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing UK team. In this role, you will take ownership of expanding our enterprise and mid-market footprint across the UK business. You’ll manage complex, high-value deal cycles, build strong ecosystem partner relationships, and set the standard of excellence for our sales and Go To Market teams. Working closely with a dedicated team of BDRs, Solution Engineers and quota carriers, you won't just close deals - you will represent the benchmark for excellence in our team, helping elevate pipeline generation and driving high performance across the UK market. 📝 What you’ll do

  • Drive full sales cycle execution from qualification to close across enterprise and mid-market accounts, managing deal cycles between 3 and 18 months.

  • Target average deal sizes of £60k–£70k+, with a focus on closing much larger enterprise opportunities as well.

  • Partner closely with BDRs to provide coaching, account strategy, and joint planning to ensure strong, qualified pipeline generation.

  • Build and nurture strategic ecosystem partner relationships to champion co-selling opportunities in the UK region.

  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a high attention to detail throughout multi-stakeholder buy cycles.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, professional services, and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term value.

✅ What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record of consistently closing enterprise and mid-market B2B software deals.

  • Demonstrated capability in executing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ranging from 3 to 18 months.

  • Hands-on approach to lead generation with the ability to build, nurture, and optimize sales pipeline alongside BDR teams.

  • Strong capability in ecosystem/partner-led selling to unlock high-value accounts.

  • Resourceful problem-solver who thrives under high autonomy, navigating ambiguity while executing with high attention to detail.

✨ Nice to have

  • Experience in Workforce Management (WFM), HR tech, SaaS platforms, or enterprise operational software.

  • Prior experience informal-mentoring or leadership coaching within a high-growth sales team pod.

💡 Desired personality traits

  • Self-starter with high accountability and a low-ego, collaborative mindset.

  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable challenging the status quo to get deals over the line.

  • Natural communicator who builds deep trust internally and externally.
