This role will have overall Human Resource responsibility for 5 plant locations, commercial organization, and various central functions. The HRD will serve as a key business partner to their assigned locations and operational leaders. As a strategic partner, the HRD aligns business objectives and acts as employee champion and change agent driving human capital initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor on all HR matters.
