Position Overview: The HR Programs & Systems Supervisor is an enterprise Human Resources position responsible for the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of key HR programs, technologies, systems, projects, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives. While physically based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, this position operates as part of the Corporate Human Resources function and supports company operations throughout Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, California, and Germany. The position serves as an important bridge between HR strategy and operational execution by translating strategic direction into scalable processes, technology solutions, project plans, training programs, workflows, and sustainable enterprise practices. Duties and Responsibilities: HR Systems & Technology Serve as a primary functional resource for ADP and other HR technologies. Build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve HRIS processes and workflows. Translate HR business requirements into effective technology solutions. Partner directly with ADP and other technology vendors regarding system functionality, enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation. Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual HR processes. Support data integrity, reporting, system documentation, and adoption of HR technology.
