• Full-time, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, 9am-5pm, 32 hours weekly

• Competitive hourly wage of $22.00

Job Description

The FSS/Scheduler is an operational employee of the company responsible for scheduling, inspections,

personnel training, delivery of supplies to accounts and filling account posts for a specific shift on an as

needed basis, typically reporting into an MSS or CSM. The FSS/Scheduler works with the MSS, CSM’s,

Project Managers and/or Site Supervisors in the branch to develop schedules, fill open shifts and oversee the

Special Response Officers. The FSS/Scheduler role is 100% tactical and operational and may be called upon

to provide off hours support to the branch. The FSS/Scheduler is expected to build upon a culture of

employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the branch of servant leadership and

personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values.

Performance Metrics

The FSS/Scheduler is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld’s performance-based

business environment:

• 100% of shifts covered by qualified personnel at all accounts during the responsible shift

• Personnel inspections and training of personnel to all accounts during the responsible shift

• Personnel recruiting to ensure full staffing levels

• Non-Billed Overtime management at or below company goal

• Attrition and Regrettable loss for span of control to be averaged below 65% and 30% respectively.

• Become proficient in all software systems (on-boarding, scheduling, financial)

• 100% compliance to the GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements

Your Background

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)

• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

• Experience with scheduling

• NYS security license
