Job Summary The General Manager (GM) is the strategic and operational leader of the restaurant, responsible for driving overall performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This role oversees all daytoday operations, leads a highperforming management team, ensures foodsafety and operational compliance, and cultivates a positive culture that supports team development, engagement, and consistent execution of brand standards. The General Manager models the companys core values, delivers exceptional hospitality, and ensures every guest experiences a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. As a handson leader, the GM actively supports all positions as needed and drives continuous improvement across the restaurant. Responsibilities The General Manager is the strategic leader of the restaurant, responsible for the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability. This individual will direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members. This individual isnt just running a restaurant, theyre creating memorable experiences, and building teams. Education and Experience - A minimum of 2 years current experience in the Casual - Restaurant industry is required. - High School Diploma or GED required.
