Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
What’s a typical day as Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be:

Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer orders and bills of materials
-
Moving products and components throughout the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and kitting areas
-
Maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and data integrity, including performing physical inventory counts
-
Operating warehouse machinery such as WAVE, pallet jacks, and banders (training provided)

Collaborating with team members and taking direction from leads, supervisors, or managers
-
Adhering to all safety policies and maintaining a safe working environment

Performing other warehouse duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
-
Bring previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting (preferred)

Possess basic computer skills and are comfortable with occasional computer use

Are able to regularly stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights
-
Can follow directions, work well in a team, and adapt to a dynamic environment

Value safety and demonstrate a positive, responsible work attitude
