Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturer, is looking for a Training Supervisor in Franklin, KY!
This is a direct hire role, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit, vacation, and compensation package.

1 st shift role! 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 annually plus bonus
Job Description:
Oversee training for production employees to ensure they work safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
Responsibilities
-
Identify training needs and manage onboarding, ongoing, and refresher programs.

Lead and support a training specialist; deliver hands-on training and certifications.

Track training effectiveness, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Partner with department leaders to align training with operational goals.

Update training SOPs and audit coverage and quality across shifts.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in education, industrial management, or a related field.
-
3+ years of manufacturing training or supervisory experience.

Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, LMS platforms, and training documentation.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-
Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification; familiarity with OSHA training requirements.
