Part-time Faculty, Public Health - Social Work, Public Health and Administration

Summary of Position Teaches undergraduate public health courses in a fully remote online learning environment. Deliver high-quality instruction that promotes student engagement, academic success, and achievement of course learning outcomes. Responsibilities include facilitating online coursework, assessing student performance, maintaining regular communication with students, and supporting a diverse student population through inclusive and student-centered teaching practices. ## ## ?Position Information Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources. Teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations. Primary Location: Youngstown ## Qualifications and Competencies Required Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures: None. Sponsorship and/or Work Authorization Status: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Minimum Qualifications: An earned master's degree in public health (MPH), or in an equivalent related field from an accredited institution; evidence of demonstrated professional experience in public health, community health, health education, population health, healthcare, or equivalent related field; must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferred Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Public Health (DrPH or PhD), or a closely related field. Prior teaching experience in higher education, particularly at the undergraduate level. Experience with online, hybrid, and/or technology-enhanced instruction.
