Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Partnerships Team Lead to come onboard! This individual will lead a growing partnerships function responsible for agency fulfillment performance across the U.S. and UK markets. The ideal candidate will manage a high-performing team while owning supplier strategy, vendor relationships, onboarding/offboarding agency partners, fulfillment optimization, and commercial negotiations. This position requires a highly strategic and operational leader who can analyze fulfillment data, identify supply gaps, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive real-time staffing outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as an escalation point for key agency relationships while partnering cross-functionally with revenue, operations, and leadership teams to improve network performance and deliver business results.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities -Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 partnership specialists responsible for agency fulfillment performance across multiple regions -Monitor real-time staffing fulfillment metrics and implement strategies to ensure shifts are filled through agency partners when internal supply is unavailable -Manage supplier onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and agency accountability programs -Analyze fulfillment, service-level, and quality KPIs to identify network gaps, underperforming vendors, and optimization opportunities -Lead supplier negotiations, rate card discussions, and commercial terms with agency partners -Serve as the primary escalation point for agency performance challenges and high-priority fulfillment issues -Present supplier performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership and strategic stakeholders -Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, AI-enabled workflows, and reporting enhancements to increase team efficiency and scalability -Develop and execute agency network growth strategies by identifying, recruiting, and managing new supplier relationships -Collaborate with revenue, operations, and executive leadership teams to align supplier strategy with organizational

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams in staffing, workforce management, vendor management, call center, MSP, or fulfillment environments -Background in staffing, recruiting, MSP, workforce solutions, or supplier management experience with responsibility for agency/vendor partnerships -Experience managing vendor relationships including onboarding, offboarding, supplier performance management, escalations, and contract/commercial discussions -Strong data analytics experience utilizing KPIs, fulfillment metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive business decisions and performance improvements -Experience negotiating commercial terms, rate cards, pricing structures, or supplier agreements with external partners -Demonstrated success in fast-paced operational environments requiring real-time decision making, fulfillment management, and cross-functional collaboration -Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation, and process optimization initiatives -Strong understanding of Human Resources, Recruitment, and/or Staffing industry -Previous experience supporting a global enterprise with a globally distributed support team
