  • Partner with compliance, legal, and business development teams to support the setup and onboarding of new participating employers.

  • Monitor overdue employer accounts, follow up on delinquencies, and assist with efforts to maintain current payment status.

  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of premium transmissions, assist with invoice preparation, and coordinate with recordkeeping partners and vendors as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in employee benefits administration, pension processing, or similar financial operations.

  • Strong background in financial reconciliation, account reconciliation, and transaction review.

  • High level of accuracy with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a detail-focused environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; additional experience with pension or recordkeeping systems is preferred.
