Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree.

  • Experience managing and delivering project components with limited guidance.

  • Experience utilizing AI tools to automate workflows, scale solutions, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Proven ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to distill insights from complex data and present actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As the Central Strategy and Operations team, you will drive strategy, operations, and business insights across Knowledge & Information (K&I) Product Business Development (BD) and the broader Partnerships organization. You will work cross-functionally to establish strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), identify growth levers, and deliver operational excellence through analytics, insights and scalable tooling.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $177000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving operational excellence for the Knowledge and Information Partnersips (K&IP) organization by supporting key business operations processes, including strategic planning, OKR tracking, budget management, and maintaining the operating rhythm-of-business deliverables.

  • Support the implementation of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

  • Leverage data to perform critical analysis, activate tools, and support the development of data or AI tools to drive efficiency and insights for the team.

  • Identify and solve business operations challenges, proposing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Prepare clear, simple, and persuasive materials and narratives for internal stakeholders and leadership updates.
