Provide Tier I support for desktop systems, conference room technology, and A/V equipment Set up, configure, test, and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Rally Bars, displays, projectors, monitors, microphones, speakers, Surface Hubs, and collaboration devices Support conference room break/fix issues and restore systems during outages Troubleshoot user accounts, printers, peripherals, network connectivity, workstations, and laptops Assist with A/V installations, cable management, equipment racks, and hardware deployments Support Cat6/Cat6A cabling, terminations, testing, and labeling Track IT/A/V inventory and document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system Perform preventive maintenance and operational checks

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, or A/V support experience Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, peripherals, IP networking, and conference room A/V technology Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to pass a background check and drug test Able to lift up to 40 pounds and climb a ladder to check ceiling-mounted equipment Experience supporting conference room systems or events Experience with Logitech Rally Bar, Crestron, Poly, or Cisco collaboration systems Structured cabling and cable-testing knowledge Ticketing system experience CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification Internship, vocational training, military experience, or technical school experience in IT/A/V support
