The Vice President, Corporate Tax is responsible for leading Alight's global tax function, including tax accounting, income tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax risk management, and strategic tax initiatives. This role ensures the company's tax obligations are met accurately and timely while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting the organization's financial reporting requirements.Additionally, this role serves as the primary tax advisor to senior finance leadership and business partners, providing practical, business-oriented guidance on complex tax matters.
