About the Role As a Consultant Sr. Lead, you will lead complex Integrity Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation programs for enterprise clients, helping them transform treasury operations, cash management, payments, and financial risk processes. You will serve as a strategic advisor throughout solution design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment. Success in this role requires deep treasury domain expertise, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption, operational efficiency, and client success. What You Will Be Doing Lead end-to-end Treasury Management System implementation programs from discovery through production deployment. Partner with client stakeholders to analyze treasury operations and define future-state business processes. Design scalable TMS solutions supporting cash positioning, liquidity management, payments, forecasting, and bank connectivity. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
