Project Assistant/Estimator

Project Assessment: Reviewing technical drawings, blueprints, and project specs to determine resource requirements and potential risks Cost Calculation and Analysis: Researching and evaluating the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and transport to produce accurate project estimates and budgets Supplier and Contractor Liaison: Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with project specifications Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs, and preparing reports or presentations for management or clients Close Out Documents: Shop Drawing red lined showing the actual in place installation of all piping and equipment, with all reference dimensions and elevations.
