Description

  • Manage the Association's day-to-day operations and administrative functions

  • Serve as the primary management contact for the Board and property owners

  • Coordinate community maintenance, landscaping, repairs, and capital projects

  • Manage vendors, contractors, contracts, bids, and service performance

  • Assist with annual budgeting, financial administration, assessments, and invoices

  • Support Board meetings, annual meetings, special meetings, elections, and voting

  • Maintain Association records, governing documents, contracts, and correspondence

  • Assist with enforcement and compliance procedures as directed by the Board

  • Coordinate special projects and provide regular updates to the Board

  • Communicate proactively regarding operational issues, deadlines, projects, and community needs

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Experience working with vendors and contractors

  • Experience with budgets, invoices, contracts, or financial administration

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of community association management experience

  • Texas HOA/POA experience

  • Experience managing 500+ lots

  • Annual association budget and reserve funds

  • Experience with special assessments and capital projects

  • CAI certification or related professional training
