Insight Global is seeking an RN Manager to join a growing Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and MedSpa practice in Vero Beach, Florida. This individual will serve as both a clinical leader and hands-on Registered Nurse, overseeing daily nursing operations while continuing to provide direct patient care throughout the surgical and recovery process. This role is ideal for a lead nurse, charge nurse, or experienced RN who is looking to step into leadership responsibilities without requiring prior formal management experience. The RN Manager will partner closely with providers and clinical staff to maintain exceptional patient care standards, support regulatory compliance, manage inventory and staffing, and contribute to ongoing accreditation initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, patient-focused, and passionate about creating a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform all RN responsibilities related to pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative patient care

  • Support cosmetic surgery patients through preparation, recovery, wound care, IV therapy, and follow-up care

  • Assist surgeons and providers during procedures

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in their EMR system (Nextech)

  • Ensure exceptional patient care and patient experience standards are met Leadership Responsibilities

  • Coordinate nursing schedules and support staffing coverage for procedures and overnight recovery needs

  • Provide direct oversight for 2 Surgical Technicians and future nursing staff

  • Oversee inventory management and supply ordering for clinical and surgical areas

  • Ensure clinical documentation standards are followed across the nursing team

  • Maintain and update SOPs, policies, and workflows

  • Train and onboard new nursing staff on processes and procedures

  • Assist with AAAA (quad A) accreditation requirements, audits, and regulatory compliance activities

  • Manage state reporting and staff credentialing submissions as required

  • Partner closely with physicians, PAs, and clinic leadership to enhance operational efficiency

Skills and Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
  • Lead Nurse, Charge Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, or Nurse Supervisor experience
  • Need operating room experience at some capacity including but not limited to: hospital OR, surgery center, PACU, perioperative, etc.
  • Comfortable participating in accreditation surveys and train new hires in compliance standards & SOPs
  • Experience documenting within an EMR system (Nextech preferred)
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to mentor clinical staff
  • Ability to thrive in a patient-centered, concierge-style environment
  • Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, MedSpa, OR, PACU, ASC, or Surgical Services experience
  • Experience with accreditation, compliance, or regulatory oversight
  • Staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and process improvement experience
  • IV therapy and phlebotomy experience
  • Pre-op and post-op patient recovery experience
