Job Description

This role is an onsite desktop support and field services technician role. Supporting employees at assigned clinics and office locations. The person acts as the primary IT contact for those sites, helping resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues while providing excellent customer service. The role reports to the User Support Supervisor. Provide daily support through site visits, phone calls, emails, and ticket responses. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across all facilities. Support workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, docking stations, and more. Deploy, image, install, and maintain hardware and software. Add and manage computers in Active Directory. Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and end-user applications. Verify network connectivity and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Maintain ticket documentation and ensure issues are resolved within service-level expectations. Provide occasional after-hours on-call support. Travel between clinic and office locations as needed.

Skills and Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of computer/hardware/software maintenance experience.

Familiar with: -Microsoft Windows systems -Active Directory Ticketing Systems -Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong ability troubleshooting windows, hardware, Microsoft apps, cisco phones systems. Great customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A+ Certification (required within the first year if not already obtained). Experience supporting healthcare users and EMR/EPM systems. Experience with imaging and deploying devices.
