Full job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: . Responsible for daily supervision of a maximum of 15 clients during work hours, excluding lunchtime. . Maintain a good attendance record. . Assist clients in skill development and implementation of work goals that are specified in the individual assessments. . Attend ISP Update Meetings. . Supply clients with materials and fixtures as appropriate in a timely manner. . Maintains a well-organized, clean and safe work station. . Responsible for the implementation of all Quality Control procedures. . Responsible for the organization and productivity for his/her assigned work station. .
