Materials & Logistics Specialist

Join a team that plays a critical role in keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly. As a Materials & Logistics Specialist, you will ensure materials, inventory, and shipments move accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and enjoys supporting both production and customer delivery objectives. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring products reach customers on time.

What you'll do

  • Receive,inspect,andprocessincomingmaterialswhileverifyingquantities,documentation,andproductcondition.

  • Identifyandcommunicateinventorydiscrepancies,damagedgoods,shortages,andoverages.

  • Prepare,package,label,andcoordinatedomesticandinternationalshipments.

  • Createandmaintainshippingdocumentation,includingcommercialinvoices,exportdocumentation,andhazardousmaterialpaperwork.

  • Coordinateshipmentswithcarriers,freightforwarders,andcustomsrepresentatives.

  • Maintainaccurateinventoryrecords,performcyclecounts,andprocessreturnstostock.

  • Kitmaterialsandworkordersforproductionandinternationalassemblysites.

  • Monitorrawmaterialandfinishedgoodsinventorylevelsandsupportreplenishmentactivities.

  • MaintainshippingsuppliesandSafetyDataSheetdocumentation.

  • Ensurecompliancewithcompanyprocedures,safetyrequirements,transportationregulations,andimport/exportcontrols.

What you need

Salary Range:

$50,600.00-$67,500.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
