  • Drive stakeholder alignment: Collaborate with IT leaders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to define scope, priorities, success measures, and implementation strategies.

  • Manage AI intake and portfolio visibility: Coordinate the intake pipeline for AI initiatives, monitor demand trends, and find opportunities to scale reusable solutions across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Three or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, product management, technology consulting, or a related role evaluating and prioritizing technology initiatives.

  • Demonstrable experience gathering requirements, assessing technical solutions, identifying risks and dependencies, and presenting recommendations to both technical and business audiences.

  • Demonstrated success working across multiple teams to build alignment, drive decisions, and deliver results.

  • Good communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills, including experience influencing leaders and multi-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, or other emerging technologies.

  • Knowledge of technology governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, or risk management practices.

  • Familiarity with governance frameworks such as NIST, COSO, or similar industry standards.

  • Experience managing project intake processes, technology portfolios, service request workflows, or enterprise prioritization programs.
