Salary Range: $28.92 To $28.92 Hourly

**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days) **

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: West Springfield, MA

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

Starting Rate: $28.92 Per hour

Summary:

  • The Health Services Specialist 3 is responsible for medication administration, G-tube feeding, other nursing duties as described in individual service plans, and documentation of all prescribed medication for members. Responsible for assessing and attending to member’s health concerns and issues, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs. The LPN ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met, w orks in accordance with regulatory and medical requirements, and provides supervision and training to nursing staff in identified areas.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a MA LPN License

  • One year of human service experience required.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability.

  • Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
