About the Position Provides skilled nursing care to the organization’s clients in accordance with the plan of care as prescribed by the physician, and assigned by the supervising registered nurse.

Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p, weekend/holiday rotation as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • ​Graduate from an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing

  • Current licensure in the state of practice

  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting.

  • Home healthcare experience preferred.

  • Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with clients and their families as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates and supervisors.

  • Must have passed National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or equivalent medication exam before administering medications.

  • Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.

  • Ability to consistently demonstrate the Organizational Core Competencies and Organizational
