Location: Charlotte. NC
Payrate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5p-5:30a + optional OT on weekends.
Type: Temp to perm
PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Assemblers for a leading HVAC manufacturer. If you’re mechanically inclined, hands-on, and take pride in quality work, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.
What You’ll Do

Assemble HVAC components using hand and power tools.

Read blueprints and standard work instructions.

Perform product assembly, testing, and quality checks.

Use precision measuring instruments.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

Identify process improvements and communicate ideas.

Learn and work across multiple production stations.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Work overtime and weekends as required.
What You Bring

Solid mechanical background.

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Manufacturing or production experience in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to quality and safety.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
