What We're Looking For: - 2+ years of relevant engineering experience required (4+ years preferred). - Strong background in automotive systems, mechanical design, or vehicle assembly environments. - Proven proficiency with SolidWorks, PDM, and CAD modeling software is a plus. - Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts (Kanban, 6S, and Visual Management). - Strong critical thinking and root-cause problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication skills to interface effectively between engineering and floor technicians. - College degree or Trade School education required; degree in Mechatronics, Design, or Automotive Engineering preferred. Why Work at Lenco: - Engineering role with a focus on high-stakes, life-saving technology - Stable, full-time career with a growing U.S. manufacturer - Purpose-driven products that protect first responders and military personnel - Modern engineering environment with access to specialized equipment - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
