Job Description
Own supply chain execution for NPI programs by coordinating with engineering, planners, suppliers, and assembly partners. Track substrate and component supply, monitor lead times, forecast demand, manage POs, identify supply risks, and drive issue resolution. Maintain dashboards and reporting, conduct weekly supply reviews, support process improvements, and ensure materials are available to meet NPI build schedules.
Skills and Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience within Supply Chain Planning or similar
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
- Experience working with OSATs, substrate suppliers, or semiconductor manufacturing partners
- Supplier OSAT and vendor management experience transferring information from Marvell and executing for the suppliers.
- Ability to manage material readiness, forecasts, POs, and supply risks
- Experience with dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management (Oracle, Power BI , Snowflake, Excel)
- Knowledge of substrates, assembly operations, and critical component planning
- Semiconductor BOM management experience
- Process improvement and automation experience
- Oracle experience
- Advanced supply chain analytics/reporting experience
- Module BOM experience
