Full job description
Employer: The MetroHealth System, MetroHealth Medical Center, with a principal place of business at 2500 MetroHealth Drive, Cleveland, OH 44109, and primary worksite location at The Metrohealth System, 2500 Metrohealth Drive, Cleveland, OH 44109. Full-Time Employment. Position: Social Worker II. 40 hr/wk. Salary: $34.04/hr. Duties: Participate in the diagnostic evaluation of patients; provide clinical Social work and counseling services; assist patients and family members with preparing a care plan and OB assessment. Requires Master of Social Administration degree, State of Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW), State of Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), graduate certificate in trauma-informed practice and Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM) certification. Two years of work experience as a Licensed Social Worker and Mental health and Substance abuse counselor performing the duties listed above. Mail CV to MetroHealth Medical Center, Attn: M.
