Job Summary

Take the lead in delivering best-in-class concessions experiences at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As General Manager of Concessions, you will drive operational excellence, oversee large-scale event execution, and elevate service standards across all concession locations. You will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all concessions operations across the venue

Lead hiring, training, and development of management and hourly teams

Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards

Execute event operations from planning through post-event evaluation

Analyze sales and performance data to drive operational improvements

Partner with culinary and operations teams to enhance menu offerings and service delivery

Uphold and implement Levy service standards across all concession area

Qualifications

5+ years of food & beverage or concessions management experience

Experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations

Proficiency in POS systems, inventory, and financial reporting tools

Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)

Experience with labor planning and cost control strategies
