Ticari Servis Lideri
Your main responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Servis Satış Uzmanı, sorumlu olarak atandığı bölgedeki portföy ve mevcut müşteriler ile potansiyel müşterilerin Bakım ve Arıza hizmet sözleşmelerinin yapılması, yenilenmesi, yedek parça taleplerinin karşılanması başta olmak üzere tüm teklif, sipariş, tedarik, faturalama vs. ticari süreçlerden, bunların takibi ve sonuçlanmasından sorumludur.

Proaktif yapısı ve iyi iletişim becerileri sayesinde güçlü Müşteri ilişkileri tesis ettiği gibi yeni Müşteriler kazanma konusunda da aktif rol oynar.

Müşteri memnuniyeti hedefleri doğrultusunda rutin ziyaretler yaparak müşteri ilişkilerini güçlendirmek. Mevcut müşterileri ile iletişimi en üst seviyede tutarak sorumlu olduğu portföyü korumak ve büyütmek.

Satışı yapılan işlerde doğru ve tüm güvenlik kriterlerine sahip taşeronların görevlendirildiğinden emin olmak.
Who you are
Genel Nitelikler:
-
Mühendislik fakültesi mezunu,
-
Tercihen Asansör ve Yürüyen Merdiven sektöründe benzer pozisyonda en az 4 yıl deneyimli,
-
Müşteri ve portföy yönetimi konusunda deneyimli,
-
Ekip çalışmasına istekli ve takım ruhuna katkı sağlayacak,
-
İletişim becerileri yüksek,
-
Erkek adaylar için askerliğini tamamlamış.
