  • Draft and send compelling seller communications both via email and Slack
  • Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always-on sales plays and programs.
  • Where relevant, use AI to build internal tools and automate workflows that assist sellers at every stage of the deal cycle
  • Coordinate live enablement sessions, both in-person and virtual

What does the ideal candidate look like?

Required Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, seller enablement, or sales roles
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic analytics and strategic planning
  • Ability to craft and present compelling messaging that both motivates and educates sellers
  • Ability to execute with limited guidance amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals.
  • Marketing asset development including and succinct slide enablement decks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude to improve processes
  • Experience working with direct distribution (sales) teams is a plus
  • Ability to inspire optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!
