Position Details: Schedule: Monday - Thursday 1st Shift: 5:30am - 4:00pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for adherence to the Cardinal Rules of Safety. Lead, execute tasks as a PPAP document coordinator, compile all necessary documentation required within each level of PPAP per Stoughton Trailers' request. Ensure all documents and Stoughton Trailer specific requirements are being met or addressed. Qualities PPAP sample product(s) and performs random quality checks as indicated by the quality specifications. Read and interpret inspection procedures, blueprints, engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications and apply requirements to qualify PPAP sample(s). Responsible for updating any PPAP documentation to reflect any product or process changes resulting from corrective or preventive actions. Support Quality with APQP process and conduct Quality portion of APQP approval. Reviews & evaluates product test reports against the customers' compound specifications. Maintains records and procedures in compliance with all quality standards and certifications. Assists Quality Engineer(s) and Technicians & other Inspectors in any duties as requested, participate in PPAP review meetings. Actively document and update PPAP tracker with follow up actions on quality issues with supporting documentation and feedback.
