Sr. QA Lead

[]{teams="true"} Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Lead to own quality assurance, test strategy, and release readiness for PRIME (Physician Relationship and Insight Management Engine), a custom Salesforce Experience Cloud platform that integrates Snowflake, Salesforce, analytics, and enterprise data sources. This role will lead end-to-end testing activities across application functionality, data validation, integrations, security, and user acceptance testing while partnering closely with Product Management, Business Analysis, Salesforce Development, Data Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce testing expertise with deep data validation experience and the ability to drive quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Define and lead QA strategy across functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, and production validation testing. - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and release-readiness criteria for PRIME capabilities. - Lead testing of Salesforce Experience Cloud functionality, custom components, security models, permissions, and user experiences. - Perform and oversee data validation and reconciliation across Snowflake, Salesforce, APIs, and external data sources. - Validate source-to-target mappings, business rules, calculations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting outputs. - Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production smoke testing activities. - Manage defect triage, issue prioritization, root-cause investigation, retesting, and resolution tracking. - Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, defects, and approvals. - Provide quality metrics, testing status, risk assessments, and release recommendations to leadership and project teams. - Identify opportunities for test automation, AI-assisted validation, and continuous improvement of QA processes. Required Qualifications - 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience supporting enterprise applications. - Strong experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud and custom Salesforce applications. - Experience validating data across Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau, APIs, and integrated platforms. - Strong hands-on data reconciliation experience. - Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and release testing efforts. - Experience with Jira, qTest, or similar test-management tools. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations. - Experience testing data-intensive digital products and analytics platforms. - Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries. - Experience with test automation frameworks and AI-assisted testing approaches. - ISTQB, Salesforce, or related QA certification preferred.
