Full job description

Direct Support Professional Immediate Midnight Direct Support Professional opening at Boardman Lake Glens in Traverse City. A Premier Senior Independent and Assisted Living Community. This is 11pm - 7:30 am 3-5 days a week . We have a vacation, personal day and insurance benefit package. If you like working with Seniors and are dependable, caring and compassionate and or looking for long term employment, then we are the place for you. Responsibilities - Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a personal care home or group home setting. - Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. - Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. - Monitor and document residents' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the appropriate staff. - Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being and enhance quality of life. - Uphold residents' rights and dignity while fostering independence and personal growth.
