About the team:

The Van and third-party (3P) Delivery team plays a vital role in Walmart’s last-mile delivery strategy by efficiently managing the handoff of online orders from stores and depots to delivery drivers. The team focuses on lowering delivery costs, increasing productivity, and ensuring reliable, on-time deliveries. Collaborating closely with store and depot operations, the team continuously identifies and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This dynamic environment offers opportunities to apply analytical and project management skills to real-world logistics challenges, driving measurable impact across the delivery network.
