Join the Millennium Team as a Senior Credit Analyst!
As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will review new customer credit applications, complete account setup in NetSuite, and review Dunn & Bradstreet reports and customer financial statements to determine creditworthiness and assign credit limits. You will also evaluate credit lines on existing accounts and orders on hold for release throughout the day. You will send credit card links and charge credit cards, assist with payment processing, support the team with delinquency reduction and loss minimization through collections calls and emails with our customers, and dispute identification and management.
What You’ll Do
Order Management & Cash Processing
-
Review held orders daily to facilitate prompt release and shipment.

Manage credit card transactions by sending links, charging cards, and posting payments.

Participate in monthly cash application and lockbox reconciliation processes.

Support various financial activities across Millennium, Millennium Leasing, and Geospatial units.
Credit Application & System Administration

Process new customer credit applications in NetSuite within 24 hours of receipt, following department guidelines.

Maintain the automated credit application form, review electronic applications quarterly, and liaise with IT to implement necessary updates.

Track weekly credit applications processed and report volume directly to the Credit Manager.
Credit Reviews & Line Adjustments

Conduct weekly reviews of customer account balances and unbilled orders to determine if credit line adjustments are required.

Pull Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) reports, analyze payment histories, and request financial statements for formal credit reviews per company guidelines.

Update system review dates and document all data, recommendations, and approvals in credit maintenance notes.
Collections & Delinquency Management

Execute timely, consistent follow-ups on assigned past-due accounts to collect delinquent receivables and resolve pending disputes.

Generate and distribute detailed weekly aging reports to the Geospatial team, providing collection support as needed.

Maintain annual performance targets: Bad Debt under 0.25%, Accounts Receivable (AR) Days under 60 days, and accounts over 90 days past due under 5%.
Reporting, Filings & Administrative Support

Provide monthly aging reports to external credit agencies, including Dun & Bradstreet, Cortera, and NACM.

Assist with Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings and vehicle titling issues as needed.
What You Bring
-
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Five or more years of experience in a credit role.

Clear and effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, is needed to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to understand financial principles, financial statement and ratio analysis, assess credit risk, and make informed decisions.

Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
