Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator / Developer Position Overview

Work on a large-scale ServiceNow platform supporting IT service management, workflow automation, integrations, and multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing ServiceNow environments, developing platform capabilities, and improving IT processes through automation, configuration, and integration.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Development, Test, and Production environments of ServiceNow, including administration, configurations, changes, system updates, promotions, cloning, and security.

• Create, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integrations, and third-party integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop automation and additional self-service features and functions.

• Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance.

• Use ServiceNow tools to enhance workflows and support process automation.

Required Qualifications

• Education and ITIL implementation experience: Meet one of the following requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Science, or a related field, and at least two years of hands-on experience implementing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

• An associate's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Science, or a related field, and at least four years of hands-on experience implementing ITIL.

• Strong knowledge and experience managing and developing a large-scale ServiceNow environment.

• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and frameworks.

• Server API development experience.

• PowerShell skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively and gather technical requirements from customers.

• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors, and other officials.
