This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving enterprise programs that improve business performance, strengthen operational excellence, modernize processes, enable digital capabilities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with corporate function leaders, business executives, and transformation teams, this leader will translate strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps, establish governance frameworks, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensure sustainable adoption of new ways of working. The role requires a unique blend of strategy, execution, change leadership, and operational excellence expertise.

You will report directly to the VP Enterprise Transformation and work from our Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

  • Establish design principles, standards, decision rights, and governance for enterprise process transformation.

  • Maintain a transparent view of current-state maturity, target states, critical gaps, and transformation sequencing.

  • Lead cross-functional, end-to-end workflow redesign from initial demand through outcome delivery.

  • Eliminate fragmentation, duplication, rework, non-value-added activity, and unclear accountability across organizational boundaries.

  • Identify opportunities to use workflow technology, automation, analytics, AI, and digital tools to improve process performance.

  • Ensure technology decisions support standardized target processes rather than automate unnecessary complexity.

  • Ensure process architecture integrates people, policy, data, technology, controls, and operating-model requirements.

Enterprise Transformation Leadership

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that support strategic business priorities and long-term growth objectives.

  • Define and execute transformation roadmaps that align people, process, technology, and operating models.

  • Drive business process simplification, standardization, and optimization across corporate functions.

  • Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and performance management mechanisms to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, cost optimization, and organizational effectiveness.

Strategy Execution & Value Realization

  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable initiatives with clear success metrics and measurable outcomes.

  • Develop business cases, investment strategies, and value realization frameworks for transformation programs.

  • Track strategic initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring delivery against financial, operational, and organizational objectives.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to success while proactively driving mitigation plans.

Executive Partnership & Influence

  • Facilitate executive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and competing priorities.

  • Drive enterprise decision-making through data-driven recommendations and structured governance.

  • Build consensus and accelerate execution across matrixed organizations.

Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead enterprise change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of transformation initiatives.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Establish mechanisms to measure adoption, employee engagement, and business impact.

Operational Excellence & Process Transformation

  • Advance enterprise operating model maturity through process optimization and capability development.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, governance, and service delivery.

  • Benchmark industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve organizational performance.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI, and digital capabilities to enable business outcomes.

Leadership

  • Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture.

  • Coach and develop talent, ensuring leadership succession and organizational capability growth.

  • Influence and lead through both direct authority and matrixed relationships across the enterprise.

  • Promote disciplined execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You Must Have

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, strategy execution, operational excellence, program leadership, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple functions.

  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex cross-functional programs.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through strategic change initiatives.

We Value

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Technology, or a related field.

  • Master's degree (MBA or related advanced degree).

  • Experience within a global, matrixed enterprise environment.

  • Background in strategy consulting, operational excellence, business transformation, or enterprise PMO leadership.

  • Expertise in operating model design, organizational design, change management, and business process transformation.
