Job Description

Join a team that's redefining how customers discover and connect with home lending solutions in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. As a Product Marketing leader at JPMorganChase, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of customer acquisition by building and scaling partnerships that matter — from established affiliate channels to the frontier of AI-powered search. This is a high-visibility role where your strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and collaborative leadership will directly influence business growth and customer outcomes at scale.

As a Vice President, Product Marketing Manager at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Banking Home Lending Marketing team, you will own the strategy, performance, and growth of a dynamic portfolio of customer acquisition channels — including Lead Aggregators, Benefit Aggregators, and emerging AI Search partnerships. You will serve as the central connector across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Technology, Finance, and external partners to drive qualified customer growth and funded loan performance. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, partnership management, and digital innovation, offering a unique opportunity to shape how Chase reaches and serves home lending customers at scale. Your work will directly contribute to the firm's growth priorities while delivering meaningful experiences for customers on one of the most important financial journeys of their lives.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, growth, and performance of Home Lending's affiliate and AI Search acquisition portfolios, driving measurable customer acquisition and funded loan growth

  • Develop and execute channel-specific go-to-market strategies, partnership roadmaps, and growth plans aligned to Home Lending business objectives and investment priorities

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and scale strategic partnerships that expand customer reach, improve lead quality, and deliver incremental business growth

  • Serve as the primary marketing relationship manager for key external partners, representing the firm in ongoing business, performance, and strategic discussions

  • Lead the development of channel value propositions, positioning, messaging, and customer experiences in close collaboration with Product, Digital, Analytics, Sales, and Technology teams

  • Monitor channel performance and market trends, leveraging data and analytics to identify optimization opportunities, improve acquisition efficiency, and inform investment decisions

  • Evaluate emerging acquisition opportunities — including AI-powered search and discovery platforms — and develop recommendations for testing, scaling, and long-term investment

  • Build business cases, forecasts, and executive-level presentations to support strategic decision-making and growth prioritization across senior leadership forums

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls teams to ensure all marketing initiatives, partnerships, and customer communications meet regulatory and governance requirements

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on Product Marketing Manager concepts and 7+ years applied experience

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing channel or partnership marketing strategies that drive measurable customer acquisition and business growth

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies and investment recommendations

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and delivering results within defined timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations to executive leadership

  • Experience building and managing cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, and external partners

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, drive alignment across stakeholders, and lead through collaboration

  • Strong understanding of business performance metrics and marketing's contribution to revenue growth and profitability

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Deep knowledge of digital acquisition channels, affiliate marketing ecosystems, or performance marketing models

  • Experience evaluating and scaling emerging digital acquisition opportunities, including AI-driven search or discovery platforms

  • Demonstrated experience managing partner contracts, vendor relationships, budgets, and financial performance against targets

  • Prior experience leading and developing teams, with a track record of building inclusive, high-performing environments
