Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.

• Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.

• Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.

• Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.

• Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.

• Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes.

• Stay updated on project details and changes.

• Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.

• Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.

Minimum Requirements

'- High school diploma or GED required and 4 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Prior case management experience

-Community engagement or outreach experience

Required:

-Microsoft suite experience
