Job Description
This person will be coordinating employee travel, handling electronic expense reporting, dealing with company credit cards, and keeping track of merchant processing. This role will be customer facing as they will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors and interacting with current customers. They will keep updated accurate pricing in the travel booking tool, processing reimbursement requests and auditing when needed, setting up new bank accounts, reconciling accounts, auditing late payments and charges on the credit cards. Additionally, this person will be setting up MID/TID numbers, and coordination moving/shipping terminals to the right locations.
Skills and Requirements
-2+ years of experience -CANNOT be job hoppy (manager considers 2-3 years at a company job hoppy). They have to have longevity. -Working knowledge of Concur Expense -Travel booking site experience -Proficient in Peoplesoft, Excel, and word -Ability to perform basic accounting functions -Coachable, strong integrity, solid work ethic -Customer service experience -Retail experience
