Full job description

At BTA, great operations create the foundation for great care. We are looking for a proactive, people-focused Center Supervisor to oversee daily center operations, support our teams, and help deliver a positive experience for the families we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily center operations, staffing coordination, and service readiness.

  • Monitor center capacity, schedules, cancellations, and operational KPIs.

  • Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity.

  • Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.

  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service-oriented environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities and drive operational results.

  • ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or childcare experience preferred.

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

  • Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.

  • Availability to travel between BTA centers as needed.
