**Medical Staffing Recruiter –West Covina, CA l Health Advocates Network (HAN) **

Local Pay: $24.00/hour - W2

Health Advocates Network (HAN) is seeking an experienced Medical Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position based in West Covina, CA. This is not a remote role.

HAN is a nationwide staffing company supporting healthcare and administrative professionals across the United States. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven recruiter who can source, engage, and place qualified candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment..

Shift Details:

• Monday–Friday

• 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• 100% in-office – West Covina, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare, professional, and administrative positions

• Source candidates through ATS databases, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels

• Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and assess qualifications

• Maintain consistent telephone, text, and email communication with candidates

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Coordinate candidate submissions and follow candidates through the hiring and onboarding process

• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand and fill hiring needs

• Verify applicant documents and assist with compliance requirements

• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and activity in the ATS

• Utilize recruiting platforms such as CTM or similar ATS systems

• Handle confidential candidate and client information appropriately

• Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced staffing environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience required

• Healthcare/medical staffing recruiting experience strongly preferred

• Staffing agency experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-closing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service and/or sales abilities

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe

• Experience with ATS platforms, job boards, and online recruiting tools

• Strong organization, time management, reliability, and attendance
