Job Description
An employer in the Energy Corridor is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for handling inventory, shipping products, generating purchase orders, and processing invoices. The Logistics Coordinator will also be in charge of coordinating the scheduling of loads to multiple warehouses so they should have excellent communication skills. Lastly, the Logistics Coordinator will be in charge of general administrative duties that will include everyday use of Microsoft Office products.
Skills and Requirements
Previous experience working in SAP
Forwarding background/Ocean Shipping
Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, and pivot tables)
Export/Import Documentation
Bachelors Degree 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience generating PO's and processing invoices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
