The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust architectural solutions that align with business objectives and enhance system performance. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, methodologies, and best practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. ### Responsibilities: - Design and develop comprehensive architectural solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs. - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure optimal system performance and scalability. - Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices for software development and system integration. - Document architectural designs, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote architectural vision and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Support the development team in troubleshooting and resolving architectural issues during the software development lifecycle. ### Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge of Solution Architecture principles and practices. - Proficiency in designing scalable and high-performance systems. - Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. ### Preferred Skills: - Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). - Knowledge of data modeling and database design. - Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience in security architecture and best practices. - Understanding of DevSecOps practices. ### Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in Solution Architecture or related disciplines are a plus. - Proven track record of successful architectural design and implementation. #### About Mphasis: Mphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
