HR Data Quality Business Analyst

What you will do at Sogeti:

• AnalyzeHR data models, business processes, and end-to-end data flows acrossWorkday, SuccessFactors/Summit, Qualtrics, Talent Acquisition, Skills, andrelated HR platforms to identify critical data quality requirements.

• Conductdata profiling, source-to-target mapping, and sample data assessments toidentify anomalies, completeness gaps, accuracy issues, integrity risks,and data inconsistencies.

• Reviewand assess Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to establish data qualitycontrols focused on completeness, validity, consistency, uniqueness,timeliness, and accuracy.

• Define,document, and maintain Data Quality (DQ) rules, validation checks,thresholds, monitoring metrics, and control frameworks aligned withbusiness requirements and enterprise data governance standards.

• Performdata validation and analysis using SQL and Databricks to assess dataquality and support issue resolution efforts.

• Collaboratewith HR business stakeholders, functional teams, data stewards, andtechnical teams to translate business requirements into actionable dataquality controls.

• Facilitatediscussions to align data quality standards with HR business objectivesand operational needs.

• Communicatedata quality findings, risks, recommendations, and remediation plans tobusiness and technical audiences.

• Supportdata quality testing activities, including validation scenarios, UserAcceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation readiness assessments.

What you will bring:

• 6+years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role

• Experienceworking with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors,Qualtrics, Talent Acquisition systems, or similar HR applications.

• Strongexperience with SQL

• Strongunderstanding of data quality management principles, data governanceframeworks, and data lifecycle management.

• Experienceperforming data profiling, data analysis, source-to-target mapping, andrequirements gathering.

• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 100-145K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
