  • Translate complex product specifications, architectures, applications, and performance characteristics into clear messaging for technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to validate technical accuracy, approved product claims, and consistency of messaging across communication channels.

  • Coordinate go-to-market activities for new products, major releases, feature enhancements, and product lifecycle changes, including launch schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder requirements.

  • Partner with Product Management, Business Development, Engineering, and Marketing to align launch objectives, target audiences, product announcements, and supporting communications.

  • Monitor product development milestones, customer successes, and business priorities to identify opportunities for market-facing communications and sales enablement.

  • Create technically accurate product marketing materials, including datasheets, solution briefs, product presentations, website content, graphics, and industry publications.

  • Support Business Development with customer-facing presentations, product narratives, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement resources.

  • Review product content and supporting documentation to maintain consistency with current capabilities, technical requirements, and approved messaging.

  • Analyze customer feedback, competitor positioning, product capabilities, market trends, and industry developments to identify differentiation opportunities and messaging gaps.

  • Develop recommendations for product positioning, go-to-market priorities, and commercialization activities based on technical, customer, and market information.

  • Assess product marketing effectiveness through content utilization, launch performance, stakeholder feedback, and customer engagement metrics, recommending improvements to marketing practices and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field with 5–8 years of related experience, or Master's degree in a related field with 3–6 years of related experience in product marketing, technical marketing, product communications, go-to-market planning, market research, or a related discipline.

  • Strong knowledge of product marketing principles, market positioning, value proposition development, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market planning.

  • In-depth understanding of technical product communications, customer needs, product lifecycle activities, and commercialization practices.

  • Proficiency in translating complex technical specifications, product capabilities, and engineering information into accurate, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Experience developing product marketing content, coordinating launches, supporting sales enablement, and collaborating with technical and commercial stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, customer insight interpretation, and evaluation of product marketing effectiveness.

  • Sound judgment when assessing technical claims, resolving messaging discrepancies, prioritizing marketing activities, and developing recommendations based on product and market information.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Content management, website publishing, and digital marketing applications, e.g. WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.

  • Marketing content development, presentation, and visual design applications, e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
